About Me

I am Julie Palmer, the owner and founder of Muttley Crew Dog Care. My passion for dogs started at a young age growing up with many family dogs including a Collie and two Retrievers.

After experiencing what it was like to sit at a desk all day wondering what my dogs got up to, I decided to embark (pun intended) on my own dog-walking adventure. Established in 2012, I have worked to create a high level of service for the dogs in my care and to give peace of mind to dog parents.

Together with many years of first-hand experience, I have undertaken a variety of training courses to ensure an exceptional level of service and care.

I have also shadowed local dog training classes and behaviour consultations in order to expand my knowledge of Canine Behaviour.

I am the proud companion of fur-babies; Alfie, a Labrador/Spaniel who loves cuddles and fluffy toys, and Bailey, a busy Working Cocker Spaniel with a lot of energy who likes to cause mischief! Both attend agility training and competitions for fun.

All of the dogs in my care are treated like one of my own. I use a positive reward-based approach to the handling of dogs, and owners can rest assured that their dog will be in safe and loving hands whilst they are with me.
